Unfortunately we cannot change your order after you have placed it. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us here.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit. If you order the same product again in a different color or size, we can ensure that you can keep any discount that may have been granted on the original order. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Absolutely! All online orders marked as shipped in our system, will automatically generate an email to the customer with a tracking number and an estimated date of arrival.
Please note: Dates are an estimate and delays with the shipping provider can make that timeframe longer.

Once your package has been been picked up by a carrier it becomes their responsibility and they must be contacted (most carriers have a missing package section on their website which can provide with the steps you need to take (Canada Post Missing Package Page). If you have any issues or need more help; contact us via our Contact Page and let us know so we can walk you through the process of tracking it down and possibly submitting a missing package claim.

We offer flat-rate shipping: $15 for throughout Canada.

Yes we do ship Internationally (with some country exemptions).
Please note: International shipments may incur customs duties and taxes based on your country's regulations. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are payable by you upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If a package is refused, it will be returned to us. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred.

We use Canada Post for all Domestic Orders, Purolator for United States orders and DHL for other countries.

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

We will NEVER ask for full card information via email, chat or phone. We will also NEVER retain card information. If we need to lookup an order via card we only ever ask for the last 4 digits. We will also NEVER authorize your card on your behalf (other than for returns). Any pending balance still owed to us due to order editing, you will be emailed an invoice link to pay that difference.
